  • Email content you submit: Subject lines and email body text submitted for analysis. This content is processed in real time and not stored permanently.
  • Usage data: Number of analyses run, timestamps, and credit balance.
  • Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your account and provide access to the platform.
  • To process your email simulations using AI models via OpenRouter.
  • To track credit usage and process payments via Stripe.
  • To improve the quality and accuracy of our persona simulations.
  • To communicate important service updates to your email address.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TALP:

  • OpenRouter — AI model inference for persona simulations. Email content is sent to OpenRouter for processing.
  • Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Google OAuth — Sign-in authentication.
  • Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Email content submitted for analysis is not stored after the simulation is complete. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

California users (CCPA): We do not sell your personal information. You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale (which we do not conduct).

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure OAuth authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
