1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TALP at talpsolutions.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

TALP is an AI-powered platform that simulates how buyer personas respond to cold emails. Users submit email drafts and receive feedback from AI-generated personas. The service is intended for professional use in sales, marketing, and outreach contexts.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use TALP.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • One account per person. You may not share accounts.

4. Credits and Payments

  • New accounts receive a number of free analyses. After the free tier is exhausted, credits are required.
  • Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per analysis.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
  • Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no analyses have been run with that purchase. Contact us to request a refund.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe. TALP does not store payment card information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TALP to:

  • Generate, test, or refine spam or unsolicited bulk email campaigns.
  • Transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
  • Impersonate other individuals or organizations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

TALP and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TALP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any email content you submit.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Persona feedback and verdicts generated by TALP are produced by AI models and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to improve email performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TALP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by local law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TALP after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
